I had the pleasure of photographing Miss Emma for her "Half Birthday Session." If you don't remember it - you can view that blog post here. I brought out my big pink chair for her 6 month portrait session - so I knew I wanted to change it up just a smidge for her first year session. :) I bought the clear chair at Hobby Lobby over a year ago - and I've been skeptical about using it in my outdoor sessions - but I have been LOVING how the images turn out with it.

On the day of Emma's session - the sun was hiding. I always tell my clients overcast isn't a big deal, it gives me more freedom to shoot when I'm not dancing with the sun. I LOVE her theme, "One in a Melon", how precious is that??
