It’s no secret that I don’t blog as much as I intend to. I have a running lists of sessions that I adore that I just don’t get to post.

Shoot. Edit. Deliver. rinse and repeat.

That’s typically how my weeks go. I’m so thankful, BUT I am trying to get better about the backend of my business. Blogging being pretty close at the top of my priorities.

I shot Jenn + Vedran’s session early spring, and it might be one of my most favorite engagement sessions that I’ve ever shot. (which is why I had to blog it). I am biased about locations with water. (My own engagement session was shot on Grapevine Lake) I love the way the sunlight dances on the water, and drenches everything in an orangey glow. I mean, HELLO backlight! Aside from the beauty of the location - there is something so pure about Vedran + Jenn’s love for each other. It’s gentle, tender, authentic, and quite honestly made me swoon. They were a DREAM to photograph, and I cannot wait for their wedding next year!
