its been a while since i blogged.
it’s been even longer since i blogged a wedding.

in 2018 i thought i had shot my last wedding. i pulled all of my galleries down, and took everything off of my website. i overbooked myself with portrait sessions/weddings/mini sessions and my kids schedules were off the charts busy so i pulled where i could.

but then i realized how much i missed my brides. how much I missed the ceremonies, the overwhelming abundance of love on wedding days. so i began cautiously 2nd shooting for other photographers.

that wasn’t enough.

so here i am. back to shooting weddings BUT determined NOT to overbook myself again, and I am just about booked for 2020.

so, i have tons of weddings that i need to blog/share. i am going to try to get myself caught up over the next month when it’s a little quieter now that Christmas Card season is almost over.

i am starting my blogging season with one of my most favorite couples.

jason & candice.

jason is one of my husbands oldest/best friends. he stood by my husband as a groomsman on our wedding day, and i was honored when they asked me to document theirs.

their grey/yellow color scheme was perfect for their summer wedding, and i died over their custom converses.

their venue, Sky Creek Ranch in Keller was PERFECT.
